We found Mike after our nonprofit was formed by Rocket Lawyer. I had an idea for a charity that I wanted to pursue but no background in corporations or any other aspects of the law. Rocket Lawyer incorporated us but made several mistakes that Mike had to correct, and they didn’t provide or even let us know that we needed any additional help after the corporation was formed.
