Focus exclusively on nonprofit incorporation, tax exemption, governance, key employee compensation matters, and other legal matters, including Board, Committee, and officer training, policies, procedures, documentation, and transactions in accordance with legal requirements and “best practices” for Board and Committee operations and decision-making.
