This package allows a nonprofit to pay compensation for services performed by selected key employees. 


It includes a custom Employment Agreement and Reasonable Compensation Report for each selected employee. 


For the first employee, normally the CEO, it also includes a Compensation Committee Charter and other materials to facilitate the Compensation Committee’s evaluation and decisions regarding key employee compensation. 


The introductory discounted price is $810 prepaid for the first key employee and $699 prepaid for each additional selected key employee.
